Like if I lived in Vegas and walked past 10 brothels on my way to work every day.

Did you know that Nevada (or perhaps just Las Vegas) previously allowed HOAs to foreclosure on units deficient in their HOA fees and the foreclosure wiped out the mortgage holders rights to the property?

Outside of college towns I assume Vegas is as transient as any town.
