Louis, MO, Baltimore city/county and Maryland, Memphis TN, NYC, FL & GA markets to name a few.Residential is my main niche yet I do perform consulting / intermediary work on commercial deals wherever a nice opportunity arise.

After moving here to Georgia I still dabbled in real estate as loan originator and then started my own marketing company that specializes in internet marketing & website design.

Right now I'm considering something like Savannah, GA, or maybe Chicago.

Both Atlanta REIA and GA REIA have free how to wholesale classes.

I want to get my GA license and be active in the community to hopefully network with others, learn from others, partner, build, flip etc to get positive results.

In Georgia, you don't have to be a member of NAR or a local board of realtors in order to gain MLS access...though you do need to be licensed and affiliate with a broker.Btw, I looked at the website for Metro Referral Associates, and it doesn't appear that they offer MLS access (at least it doesn't say they do).

The park is in GA, though I'm in NC.

We focus on the DC, MD, VA, GA, and NC/SC markets.

I find enough value that I belong to all 4 including Atlanta REIA and GA REIA.
