In Georgia, you don't have to be a member of NAR or a local board of realtors in order to gain MLS access...though you do need to be licensed and affiliate with a broker.Btw, I looked at the website for Metro Referral Associates, and it doesn't appear that they offer MLS access (at least it doesn't say they do).
