I do potentially have access to private money if needed, and a 401(k).

I just bought a Lake House in Maine this past summer.

I keep these logging in so all they have to do is click on YT app which is at the top of the apps. 

Historically the market slowed down in the months prior, as people tend to freeze in the face of uncertainty.
