Versus other areas are more in the 50k to 80k range.

My assumption is laundromat clients tend to be on the lower income range.  

The company offers promissory notes worth $50k, $100k, and $200k+, with annual interest rates ranging between 12% and 16.7% depending on the investment amount.

<---if you own Jefferson County properties in this age range, this issue should receiving your attention. 

The other 2 had balances in the $13k-$25k range.

I have seen costs vary widely from contractor to contractor and you want to go in with all eyes wide open. 

My average fill up is 50 kilowatts so that  $2.00  Two bucks for 200 miles of range with no restriction on speed or fast starts at the line :)  Not every state is the same at our place in Vegas you pay one rate no matter what time of day and that is I think about 12 Cents a kilowat so about 7 bucks to fill up for 200 miles of range. lets say 20 MPG at 3 bucks  thats 30bucks for gas for same range.

Obviously this range can vary, but "bad" to me is a sponsor bringing home $2.5M - $10M+ per year just in acquisition fees. 

Jenkins, it depends what asset class you're looking to buy.1st, 2nd, performing, non performing, current on the 1st, etc.Basically that gives you a range from ~5k to 100k+ to get started.
