Obviously, this works better on an investment property than a personal residence since I would have scramble to buy a house or move to an apartment if it sells.

I would suggest including taxes and insurance for those who arent good at managing money so that at the end of the year they dont have to scramble.

I do believe having your team in place is necessary as trying to scramble to put one together while in escrow or worse, after escrow will likely cause delays on yoyrvrehab and bad decisions due to urgency.

This  is what  I See Example: OHOriginal LB $50,890      Year Sold 11/15/14 for $52,350 last payment date 4/25/17Amortized LB $50,735.70 Y Built 1960  B/B 4/1   rate 9.9    term 360   Maturity 2044I looked on Zillow and it gives me the FMV  or Zestimate  of $83,024 I know it  looks  like a  scrambled puzzle  with missing pieces but  where do I start putting the pieces together  to reach a reasonable bid??
