Conventional guidelines occupancy requirements are that you’re able to occupy the property for some portion of the year, during the first year.

I want to get control of the properties, remodel and furnish, while protecting this investment.  

Purchased on 2/7/25 for $171,000, the property offered a quick-turn opportunity.

Had the proceeds from my previous sold property.

I have several duplexes and small multifamily properties in the area and they have been great investments.

Once they have seen the property and are interested, the prequalification and background checks will do the rest of the work in weeding out undesirable tenants for you. 

There is a reason why I buy properties that cost a multiple of what typical cheap rental properties are going for.
