I stopped by frequently that board didn't know that I moved out and brother lived there with no issues.My brother graduated from Med school and is about to have a family so he moved out..I have no choice but selling..

Big growth opportunity due to thousands of new jobs, med school being built less than a mile away, and low supply of affordable non rentals.

Could you end up being owned by the Feds if your property was purchased even only in part with med marijuana money? 

Monthly HOA is about $50-$120 depending on the unit.So what if I rented out a unit (say I acquire for $170K) and rent it out by the room to only med students and residents.  

Just look at all the other land grabs, med center expansions, 'professional' sports program expansions, etc., etc. etc. they've executed in the last 2-3 decades.

The fact that she has meds for the cat tells me she is somewhat responsible and won't be the type to let it ruin the house, but $250 won't cover the likely damage in 1 year.

(The school of hard knocks by the way can cost as much as med school LOL)  I can promise you there are other courses of action that will change your real estate outcome.
