I consider them to be an MBA in REI without the student loans.

We've got a couple flippers and agent/wholesalers in our group that I wouldn't mind hearing from, and Jay is working towards his MBA so maybe he could do something covering LLC filing and structure.

Little bit about me, I have 8.5 years active duty Air Force experience as an officer, an MBA, and one year of law school under my belt. 

I dove into wholesaling after graduating with an MBA in December, and have loved it.

Companies that hire or even contract smart folks full time on a pay per find basis to just look for deals and pay them peanuts to find vs the reward, i.e. leverage MBA students that are still in school and $10K to a hungry college student is a lot of money for them.
