Sure you might succeed, but the odds are not in your favor.Doing a direct mail campaign after driving for dollars in those sub $200k areas would be akin to studying all semester, attending all the lectures while taking good notes, and doing your homework before taking an exam.

I stayed after to ask questions and ask why the lecturer was lecturing when he’s doing so well doing real estate and he just said he enjoys helping others make money. 🤷🏽‍♂️ But all in all it was informational, I wrote things down and plan to still do my own research.
