Apparently hitting the cinder-block wall was so loud, people thought there had been an explosion, so there were a pretty good amount of curious onlookers. 

I only have common sense, not commercial loan experience :-)Even my daughter, who was only about 28 years old during the real estate explosion prior to the crash, knew that even though her bank and her realtor kept telling her she could afford a $500,000 home, that she could not. 

Add to that the highway expansion (mentioned in another thread) and you can bank on the explosion that is coming our way. 

I don't see "explosive" growth happening.

With the explosion of growth across this area, Decatur has seen essentially nothing in this regard. 

I don't think it's a trend, I think it's the reality of the population explosion. 

We just hit one of those explosions and that is why i posted, to let people know that all of the pain and suffering was worth it!!! 

Austin TX, Greeley CO, Raliegh NC, Houston TX, Charleston SC, Orlando FL, Dallas TX are all seeing explosive percentage growth from 2010 population numbers.Major MSA experiencing the greatest population loss are Cleveland OH, Flint MI, Toledo OH, Pittsburgh PA.MSA experiencing the greatest percentage loss between 2010 - 2015. 

I'm finally laughing at my ceiling texture explosion (a first for me).

The road infrastructure is NOT set up to handle this building explosion nor are the schools prepared for the new influx.
