I do work remotely from the home and was also wondering if I could write off the portion of where I use the space as a office on the same home as he’s claiming without causing any flags on the property address.

I reached out to the main office and heard back from a local outreach member from Rhode Island.

Basically they would become shareholder or officer in business until you have the experience documented. 

@Ronald RohdeYep, I would be adding the same thickness of slab and only extending the portion of the warehouse only, not any office etc. 

So you're not really comparing apples to apples here.Also, most likely the syndication/crowdfunding deal you are comparing to is a completely different real-estate asset class than single family (i.e. probably multi-family,office, self storage,mobile home parks or something else).

If you made a complaint against the law office, I imagine they could be reprimanded or fined in some way.
