What trends are you seeing in MA related to COVID (e.g., WFH so more people moving to towns from the city) and how are you taking advantage?

It was a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage in good shape and livable, just needed a little updating and minor repairs.

Its in horrible shape and will take a huge investment to renovate it. 

While I am not practiced at picking out fortuitous real estate trends yet, I am able to track what attracts people to locations and hopefully that will help me get a foothold. 

If you own them free and clear you are in good shape (unless as the other poster stated they are held in a retirement vehicle)!

These houses are all in rough shape, but seem like a great opportunity for some BRRR properties.

Zillow is showing me comps with 3 and 4BR’s and almost twice the sq ft, so I’m not even sure if they are comps… We had the condo recarpeted and painted when we moved in, and that’s still in good shape, but the last owners made some “improvements” themselves to the kitchen and bathrooms that are a little janky, so those areas would be our focus.

. - Break your sales data or market trend reports down into 1 month, 3 month and 12 month and you should be able to see a pretty accurate snapshot of the market.

With the trend for more and more outsourcing to other countries job security for my friends is at an all time low, they currently training the people in India to be able to take over there jobs.
