Their medical history is not any of the landlord's business.

Seems like my career is getting slower and slower I need help or ideas on how to get more business/clinets I have tried social marketing (maybe I did it wrong), door to door, told everyone in the world that I know, car advertising, yard signs, know about to do post cards WHAT CAN I DO MORE

The house was definitely slower to rent than the Springfield properties.

I would like to roll the profits into a commercial medical office building that would give me a good cap rate. 

I am sure it is similar in the medical field- you can get different numbers based on subjective parameters.

Bad neighborhoods tend to sell cheaper and slower than good neighborhoods.
