So with the drought here, what's left of the grass is barely alive, I water a little bit, however I have monster weeds that is hard to remove, and shoots up about 2 feet tall in no time and needs to be mowed down.I am in the process of remodeling, so I don't have time to up keep the front, it looks really bad.

I try to get to them use my lender by paying for the appraisal and they close FHA and VA loans in 2-3 weeks.If you are not doing so, you should also be sending the appraiser any comps you like and total remodel costs.

Even though this is an old post I would still like to share something that I think could help people who still want do house flipping or anything similar that requires remodeling.
