One angle to this would be those who bought at the bottom of what became a rapidly appreciating market.

I've tried every way in the world to fix it:  print to PDF, digital sign / save /send, snapshot JPG to Word (which is unreadable).The only thing I know to do now is to print it, sign it, scan it, email it.Any other solutions that I could try?
