Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

I'm guessing it's because the title of your post is that you are looking for private money lending partnership, but it sounds like you are looking at getting into real estate investing to begin a portfolio.

It's VERY hard to evict non-payers so the 7% of property that is in the private rented sector is in huge demand, just at the time when sensible (or over-leveraged) landlords are selling up.
