It does sound as if you are looking for ways to circumvent laws and proper procedures and that is no way to run a business.  

There was some hype a couple years ago around the natural gas workers coming in, but that was really just the occasional home run you hit for 6 months.

A professional PM also knows the landlord/tenant laws in FL, they have screening criteria and know fair housing practices, they have proper leases, know how often to get pest maintenance, have repair/contractor contacts and procedures for tenants to submit requests.Personally I self-manage and I am not a PM promoter.  

Hi all,Is it possible to have a partner go in on a househacking arrangement to allow for homeowner financing on a duplex type property while still arranging for financial protection legally for a partner investor that doesn't have title to the property.I know that you'd have to have someone tied to the property personally to qualify for FHA terms and things of that nature but are there agreements that can be drawn up with respect to divvying up cash flow coming from the property?

Naturally, I'll keep that info to ourselves until we have something under contract.
