I'm currently working with an SEO specialist to get my websites organically ranked on google.  

I am curious if anyone has done a deal with this organization and gained experience in what terms they may value or not value.

Ideally, for me, the thing to do would be to get organized and handoff some of these leads (that aren't listed) to realtors.  

Its a trade organization that has established and published standards for basement repairs.

This is the best way to build a natural, organic relationship with someone that could turn into a mentorship.

I find it more convenient, I can better organize my contacts, and I can better control the information I give out (my card only has my e-mail address on it; I don't necessarily want to give my phone number out to all who ask for it).

BP doesn't allow invites or posts about upcoming meetup events on the general forums, but you have a large enough Facebook following now that you could organize something through that media channel.Let me know if I can help with anything.
