I have him on ignore (first peson I have had to put on ignore in 8 years on BP) so I don't have to listen to the nonsense any longer.

HI there-While I haven't posted a lot here, I've been listening to BP podcasts and reading the blogs and articles for the past 6 months.

I have been marketing, networking, making offers (5 under contract, but none sold), listening to podcasts, soaking up through the pages and pages of knowledge here on BP and other resources as well.

I don't plan to stay up here forever but as I move around I'll never find an affordable place to work or store numerous vehicles.  

The pod casts are great and can be downloaded to listen when you want off line also. 

I was listening to a BP podcast w/ Serge and one of the topics was about not trying to compete with a huge apartment complex.  

Listen to every podcast on this site, read books and don't stop learning.I liked Mark's advice too, get a partner.  

I am a total newbie who has been reading and watching tons of information here on BP (in the past numerous weeks) which all have been excellent. 

If you have the time, I would recommend listening to them all.
