Hi, As a landlords, do we have to  fix their doors immediately or  we still  have 24 hrs time to come and make this repair? 

And my lender is great with fix and flip rehab loans - and their a bank so the rates are comfortable.  

A question I have I may get an answer tomorrow but I thought why not ask here.When first thinking to buy your first property and realizing you need to fix it up.
