Maybe a 1% grade or less (one foot of fall for every 100 lineal feet or less).

As far as I know those deals don't fall under Dodd Frank.

So it looks like his world is falling apart.

Than I hope to spend the fall looking for more deals and saving up money to buy, late 2014 early 2015 depending on availability.

Otherwise, if the deal falls through they may be confused as to what's going on Landlord/Tenant wise.
