Get the dog out and make sure your lease specifies no pets at all,or no aggressive breeds and animals over a certain weight.Did you not see the existing lease.If the existing lease says nothing about having an animal you need to amend it now.

I had a contractor last year to help place new units in service, and we got 9 done as well as take care of maintenance issues on existing units!

If you were going to put 20 units on 2 acres there would have to be another method of dealing with the waste.Also, drilling a well for that much use may trigger some water usage regulation concerning the water table.
