Get the dog out and make sure your lease specifies no pets at all,or no aggressive breeds and animals over a certain weight.Did you not see the existing lease.If the existing lease says nothing about having an animal you need to amend it now.

If you were going to put 20 units on 2 acres there would have to be another method of dealing with the waste.Also, drilling a well for that much use may trigger some water usage regulation concerning the water table.
