There is no real estate involved; they are on a lease.My bank is currently looking at how much they can give us for a cash out refi of our rental condos, but we are trying to investigate all options.Thanks for any advice.

Sounds about accurate.What you should be focusing on is hopefully you are getting a return(Cash-flow) from your rentals and you are not paying tax on that.This would be better in comparison, to other investments such as dividend or interest income.

Your $950/month on property B isn’t being “thrown away”.

No UBIT on leveraged real estate.  10x higher annual contribution limits.

I do know changes to zillow are happening on the agent side soon where reviews and feedback will push you either up or down the ladder 

@Mad Dendukuri easy solution - tell the tenant you can't afford to do flooring AND put them up somewhere, so deal is off.Either they will be reasonable or show themselves to be greedy and someone you should get rid of.
