I have a current deal that will become very profitable for me as a wholesaler and I'm wondering after all the back and forth with the seller, he opted that the only way we could lock down this great investment property deal which has good margins in it if and only if I put down $1000 earnest money deposit in a trust account with his personal real estate attorney.
