It's pretty much impossible to make any money on a spec house if you're paying sticker price and in my experience there are always cost overruns and timeframe extensions on projects like this, so it would only make sense if you're partnered with a builder and already have a buyer lined up for a million dollar home. 

The quality companies (if you have any in your area) will rise to top.If I’m not profesional, accurate, and honest in every inspection I conduct then I will one day run out of homes to repair...word will get out in the community.  

I closed on an Indianapolis SFR a month ago, did an extensive rehab and have a tenant moving in this week.

I second the drone videos we use them extensively  .. although rural NV is going to probably look like one big high desert with nothing around.. 

@Kyle Barker, like @Russell Brazil mentioned, condos are great in this market, they just require extensive due diligence.

I also know that some research I'll need to do is a bit more extensive than others- pulling engineer reports, sink hole repair reports, etc. 

Mindy, Is there a way to access the webinar after it has been conducted?

I have been able to find some good deals on engineered floating hardwood, but its just temporary until I can afford a more extensive renovation down the road. 

Personally I think you should council him and inform him how it reflects poorly on your business and that it breaks your rules and conducts.
