@Kamil Smith - Again, the scenario is sufficiently complicated that all paperwork is needed to give any meaningful answer either way.

So I have been doing a lot of reading and have discovered this industry is financially complicated.  

I found the textbook material to be very heavy and complicating, and I was wondering if it is worth the time and effort to get familiar with the calculations and problem sets used in this textbook? 

A little more complicated than the first but here is how it went. 

why complicate what is really a pretty simple thing IE owning RE... just put it in your LLC and buy proper insurance...
