I never went to college.. my mother was an alcoholic and I pretty much raised myself..literally.. we barely had a meal on the table every night let alone ever sat down to think about going to or applying to college.. at 21 i started a house cleaning business which is very successful..

Check the marketplace here on BP as I know there are a few lenders that hang out there.Judging from that rent amount and the asking price I'd venture as far to say it's probably in a C neighborhood - so it MIGHT be a good deal if the inspection comes back pretty clean, and you're okay with the C tenants, and you get reasonable financing.

Vacation/short term rentals have a lot of turn over, so you would have to be prepared to bear the cost of having the place cleaned etc. frequently.If you pursue this, post back here how it works.
