I see all over these forum and hear a lot on the podcast as well as YouTube and social media " do the BRRRR method with no money down" but in over a year of looking and 3 applications submitted no where have I seen a product that doesn't require money down. is there anyone on here who can give me some ideas  or information on how to specifically find those lenders that do not require money down?

Open to using AirBNB for a converted space as well.I'm not looking to head way out to springfield or super far south just because I'd like to maintain some kind of social life.Anything else you'd target? 

They also didn't require me to provide my social security number to set up an account like Apartments.com started doing this year for the new tax reporting rules.

The only construction project I did was the addition of the walls to divide the finished basement which included framing, drywall & doors installation for $3,800.I recently posted the before and after photos and video on my social media accounts IG & TikTok under @irinacreating.

I was just in another thread with a bunch of people discussing spending 8k for some RE training from a social media influencer.
