Here in Plymouth County, MA, homes sold over the last 6 months are selling at an average of a bit over 98% of asking price. 

So far, market reporting tools like Airdna use traditional industry terms, such as ADR (average daily rate) and RevPAR (revenue per available room night) which require knowledge of occupancy.

So to answer your question IMO it is a very good place to invest in residential and or way above average.

If you purchased that property with the primary intent to resell then a 1031 exchange is not appropriate. 1031 property is property you purchased with intent to hold for productive use.

I even looked up a couple days ago when the average time is for the first snow fall which they said is usually early november.That kind of gave me a goal in my mind of going out Mid September.
