Unlike Wholesaling, the other entry points into Real Estate take much more capital.I'm not afraid of work, I'm just tired of having to settle for minimum wage even after I've obtained two A.S. degrees and halfway completed a B.F.A. degree.To tell you the truth, other than combing over the legalities of the contract, Wholesaling seems to be the simplest and least work effort involved within Real Estate.

If it is too long, too complicated or contains too much legal content, then I find that most seller's are afraid or worried to sign it.Remember, the Purchase Agreement needs to contain just enough information so that you can lock up the property under contract.Good Luck to you!
