North Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Indianapolis, Phoenix, and Las Vegas seem like they are recovering but not sure they have the same demand for construction with the booming population in Colorado.

I went to Las Vegas this weekend and stayed at the Bellagio Hotel.... radar told me that resort has a $850,000,000 loan on the property....when I told the lady that bringing me drinks she thought I was a bad ***.  

@James Vega I have talked to my bank and plan on setting up a checking account and savings account for the property.

I won't give advice, but I'll share my experience having gone through this personally, and having coached/mentored Hundreds of other Real Estate  Investors over the past 10 years: Single family rentals are tough enough in your back yard, and virtually impossible to manage well from afar.
