I think the inflation we're experiencing in this market is actually because of the anticipated growth of the industrial sector in Mobile with the new Airbus manufacturing plant, and consequently an expected growth in the residential and commercial demand on the Eastern shore of Mobile bay in combination with the national real estate trend to higher prices.

Later, if you find a weakness, or you want to specialize in some niche, spend some money a course or conference that focuses on that.Good luck, and if you get a deal wholesale it to me.

A little over a year ago I purchased my first multi-family building, and want to continue with multi-family properties in western Iowa & possibly eastern Nebraska.
