One way around it, which requires additional work on your part, is to place your signs in very high traffic areas during the weekends. 

There were 2 weeks of vacation in there for Christmas, an anniversary week of vacation, etc.

Anderson the $200 weekend seminar they put on is good information, but do not spend 50,000 on a seminar. 50,000 could get you 60,000-70,000 yellow letters.

I've done the research and the vacation rental market is hot, but of course, relatively seasonal (quiet/dead from November to Christmas and from mid-Jan to late April.
