Any recommendation on an affordable (or free) floor plan design software or website. 

Personally I think it's better than much of the other crap I have seen out there.My clause for Cozy (which I am using) looks like this.RENT PAYMENT PROCEDURE:Tenant agrees to pay their rent to Landlord by way of the Cozy online website link provided by the Landlord.

I recently came across connectedinvestors.com I know its a competitors website but I was just checking it out.

With the above clause, you can simply refer to the lease instead of laughing directly at them, which might be considered in more refined circles, to be rude.Have a nice day
