SA market remains strong w/job and pop growth exceeding natl averages.

I'd strongly suggest learning the laws regarding paying these individuals and how to structure the payment/agreement so you can protect yourself.  

I have a strong desire to learn and make the best for not only me but my family. 

This Summer I partnered with an out of state couple with an inherited home needing work they wanted to sell.

I see an opportunity for wholesalers, as many investors are more interested than ever in having strong off-market deals presented to them.Over the past few days, I have been rethinking my investment strategy, as I am pessimistic that I will be able to reach my real estate goals in this current market.  

My partner and I are completing our first purchase of a quadruplex in Bloomington Indiana.
