Meaning get a Architect to draw up the plans, have a company that's insured to do the dig out and place the pluming, etc.. and I can put he flooring, kitchen and bath in myself.Thanks again

The mtg is terminated by “operation of law”….any title company searching the title finds this, it is not an issue at all.

I found Foremost, who would take new clients with a loss history, but they are not able to insure a condo policy.I also tried working with insurance agents but have not been successful so far.If anyone has a recommendation for a great agent or an insurance company, I would greatly appreciate it.

You can keep trying to market it by yourself, or if you are willing to pay someone to manage the property full-time or even have a property management company get you some tenants and you take it over from there, it just depends on your time and money and what you value you more.
