Just to summarize- Weekend Only (maybe evenings during the week a bit, but Part time overall)- Exposure to real estate investments/transactions/management - Opportunity to meet new people / be social - (Ideally) in the Phoenix metro areaIn case it's important - I have a Bachelors Degree from a well recognized private institution (non-business related), have worked in professional capacities for major start ups/small businesses for over 12 years

I would recommend you read more about the economic and social problems with income inequality.

They get preyed on a lot by flashy headlines on social media.

I have thought about making some mock post to put on social media and other housing platforms to better gauge the demand.

I also like the wholesale content Jamil Damji (wholesale hotline) puts out there and would recommend you follow on YouTube and social.

It’s gone from a social experiment for hipsters to a huge business.  

As others have said, start attending local real estate investor meetings like REIA and if your market has a social media group for investors that is local (not national ones) then you may try networking there as well.

This is far more complicated tax-wise and socially.
