I'm a wholesaler in Houston and it's been hard to get those great 70% - repair deals.If you're looking for them good luck, but most wholesalers have "regulars" that they know will be buy them with one call.

Send regular white letters with normal type to other business people.

FM generally claims to have gotten an appraisal (or some sort of valuation) prior to listing and adjusted for damage, repairs, etc.

The bank will likely not allow you to claim any of the projected rental income in order to qualify for the 2nd loan.

The people who claim something does exist should provide the evidence to support such a belief.
