Given what info you've provided, I'd be aiming for $1800 - $1900 in monthly rent, NROC of $5K - $7K, and a 12-month option at a strike price of $199K, with the opportunity to renew the option for additional time as long as progress is being made.

So my question is, do you have any advice on what you would do to progress toward financial independence through Real Estate if you were in my situation? 

I received a call asking for a situation report, and they wanted photos of the progress.  

Been trying to invest into 2,3 and 4 unit multi families mls isn't cutting it i need a source someone motivated serious as me and very determined and ready to make alot $ i am always in 24/7 get it done mode however i lack the pieces to make all possible the best way possible i am seeking that person and or people to make my network that much more progressive any ideas pointers or strategies on how to make this possible ?
