If you go on the website you can type in any location up in the search bar and it gives demographic/income/education/crime info plus a letter grade.

Mike Reynolds the triplex is a very low grade property and we'd have a ton of rehab to do to bring it up to code.

That includes framing, cement work, electrical, plumbing, grading everything you can.
