You perform as outlined by the date or the contract is null and void.

I also have a 250 unit deal in the pipeline with this exact structure outlined above that I have talked to both sellers and equity sources and and it is looking like it might potentially work.

There is no penalty dollar amount specified for violation nor pet deposit or pet rent amounts outlined since it is a No Pet/Animal Policy.Tenants are on a 12 month lease and have not been late so far.

In the new lease be sure to outline what is allowed and not allowed (be very specific) and make them M2M leases.
