San Antonio just merged its army and AF installation, as well as being the medical training facility for the military. 

I'd also add that if they had the kinds of gurus in the pilot training world that they have in the real estate world, you'd see lots more airplanes crashing on a daily basis.... 

My suggestion would be to have an interview with several companies, big, medium, and small to compare what training programs they offer, mentoring and compensation package, and check what they cover.

If you have cash, or plan on going with commercial, private, or hard financing, an LLC is the way to go (especially if you have personal assets that want/need to protect). 

These are for rentals that we plan to hold at LEAST 10 years, and likely much longer.The 'private investor' we are working with bring ALL of the down payment (20-25%), we bring ALL of the work of finding, funding, rehab management if needed, and ongoing PM and business management.
