They just came back into Florida so got a quote from them for a second time (for a second property).

I am also a real estate agent and I was wondering if there are any associations or something similar that I could join to become a real estate agent specializing in VA Loans so I can help my fellow vets. 

But because of rising interest rates, none of the BRRRRs have made financial sense so far.

Here is our current dilemma that I'm hoping someone could provide some insight to: - We both have the funds to purchase the home with cash, but those funds are tied up in CD's until March, so we will need to apply for a loan in the meantime.
