Have multiple exits when you buy investment properties.

For example, at two events in the past week I met: a Dr. couple looking to get into investing, someone with four houses, someone with two duplexes, someone with a title company and 64 doors, someone with a couple apartment buildings and a winery, someone else with a title company and a parking lot striping company.

I have investment properties with some equity that are cash flow positive, allowing me to live off of my rental income.   

There was a investment that was advertised by RTR and SWFL Advisors and they referred us over to Blacktip Construction Group.

We proceeded to do a live-in flip and invest heavily in Detroit real estate.

I borrowed the full $200K on this HELOC to purchase my FL investment property Nov 2022. 

You need to get a quote from a local handyman or contractor.Not sure about every state, but in the states where I invest - If you do the work yourself you can only deduct the cost of materials.

New to RE investing , can I claim taxes fees on RE mentor/coaching, including Real-Estate software system package as RE start up Business cost?
