I'm very motivated to become established in the world of real estate, and I’m wondering what advice people may have on doing this at a young age?

How would I begin to start a conversation with these owners and what would motivate them to want to sell it at all?

Fewer buyers are in the market and sellers will usually have specific motivations to list now instead of waiting until the spring.

The motivation behind my median approach is a statement by Warren Buffet that goes:“Be greedy when others are fearful, be fearful when others are greedy”.This being said, I am still making offers and looking for good deals.

Getting in front of motivated sellers but also refining my process to be the most effective.
