Lets say its 1k a month on a quad, your partner would be losing out on 25% of income, while you would actually be getting the full 100% plus some on the break from living expense. 

yes, i knew the work part. just wanted to understand the staying in it even if paying full price. not a deal breaker for me, just need to figure out where to roll my money into to use it

You are creating procuring cause for the listing agent and now the listing agent does not have to split their commission with an agent representing you.
