If you find enough brokers across the county you might do it with transactional funding if they can keep the money moving.If you get busy, you could buy notes and then refinance the borrowers at near PAR value.There are some other ways if you are "politically" connected, changing zoning, use regulations and obtaining bond financing for projects, but that usually takes longer too.

If the existing is old wood siding coated with lead-based paint (all oft eh 3" reveal siding I've ever seen had lead-based paint on it), then the cost of the job will be higher.I've seen many buildings with stucco over old wood siding where the windows and doors just do not look right, so details matter.

Get the dog out and make sure your lease specifies no pets at all,or no aggressive breeds and animals over a certain weight.Did you not see the existing lease.If the existing lease says nothing about having an animal you need to amend it now.
