In a hot area of Seminole Heights walking distance to bars/restaurants/parks.

The trend I'm seeing a lot is moving out from the city centers because they don't have to commute as much and need more space for work from home and distanced learning.

Not interested in making them an extra illegal living space because of constraints (ceiling height and only one exit). 

This would mean that you could purchase the property in the meantime, you will have to get creative at this point considering the time constraints.

I want to continue out of state investing and wanted to stay on the west coast (really Nevada & Arizona since it is within driving distance to me).
