It's amazing how just driving around can lead to so much networking.

People talk about really digging in and using creative ways to find good leads, and I will absolutely do that, but from my brief searches, none of the numbers seem to make sense here in LA.

The recovery is certainly over and most markets are in the expansion phase, which then leads to hyper supply, and then the next drop or recession.

Whatever podcast you are listening to has probably grown it's audience to finally garner the attention of advertisers.

Most effective means to advertise and generate leads will take some money.

Im trying to get better leads in south florida but its extremely difficult. 

My question is, what are some of the creative strategies we could use to attract cash buyers; in other words what are some of the things that we could do to lead them to us instead of us chasing them one by one? 

It's best if you get this lead before it hit the market.
