Hello ,I ve acquired a property in central PA and am renovating it before renting out.

I’m wanting to get into real estate and was wondering how many people in or around Montgomery are using the brrrr method to acquire properties and provide themselves cash flowing units!

i am curious because depending on your resource not sure if this residential mortgage broker career is worthwhile if i can't make at least 6 figures per month provided i only work 3 to 4 days per week at around 5 to 6 hours per daydo all states in the united states require some license to broker mortgage deals with a lender of my chcoice based on what is best for me and the home buyer/borrowerhow would indivisual acquire experience needed 

I am actually just looking to move it a lot sooner than later I have another piece of property that I’m looking to acquire but need to sell this land fast.

Additionally, I would say that 200k per unit is probably on the lower side for acquiring units in that submarket.  

Birmingham is the same way.If you can acquire 5 nice sfr rentals with almost nothing down on each purchase, you’ll do very well over the long term.All you have to do is hang on to them and your wealth will stack up.I wish I would’ve spent my 20’s doing that.
